What are Crafting Materials used for?
Crafting Materials, which are acquired while exploring Sanctuary or by salvaging items, are used for:
- Creating Elixirs and Incense (Alchemist)
- Creating Nightmare Sigils (Occultist)
- Re-rolling item affixes (Occultist)
- Upgrading Armor and Weapons (Blacksmith)
- Upgrading Healing Potions (Alchemist)
- Upgrading Jewelry (Jeweler)
Crafting Materials are account-based
Crafting Materials that a player obtains on one character can be used by their other characters.
Monster Parts
As their name suggests, Monster Parts are dropped by slain monsters. They're used by the Alchemist to upgrade Healing Potions.
Crushed Beast Bones

- Each Demon still carries a withered, beating heart that propels it forward. Rarely they are left in fine enough condition after the Demon is slain to use for other means.
