Scosglen location on map
At the top of Diablo 4's playable landmass is Scosglen, which has a long coastline along The Frozen Sea. To its south are the regions of the Dry Steppes and Fractured Peaks:

Home to the Druid people, Scosglen is composed of four types of land:
- Coast
- Forest
- Grasslands
- Highlands
While beautiful, Blizzard describes the land as savage [1]:
Beasts, Drowned, & Goatmen
The rugged region is home a variety of dangerous monsters that include large beasts, creatures from the Drowned family of monsters, and a longtime Diablo monster favorite, the Goatmen (Khazra monster family):

In the video below, we see a Barbarian exiting a dilapidated fishing town on Scosglen's rocky coast. The character is then seen jumping across a stream and climbing up a ladder, where he finds monsters of the Drowned family with squid-like heads and maces as weapons.

Scosglen's dense forests provide sounds of rain, insects, swaying trees, and distant howls.
On its coastline, you can hear waves crashing, blustery winds, and seagulls squawking.
