Goatmen monsters in Diablo 4

Half goat, half man

The Goatmen, a combination of goat and human, and sometimes called Khazra, roam Sanctuary's regions in large clans (e.g., Blood and Ice Clans). They utilize many types of weapons and have unique abilities based on the clan they belong to.

Goatmen spawn areas

Goatmen clans are known to live in varying environments around Sanctuary, but so far, only the following regions have been confirmed [1]:

Goatmen monster types

A handful of types of Goatmen creatures have been seen in pre-alpha footage:

• Goatmen Marauder

  The most plentiful and weakest of the Goatmen, the Marauder usually carries a one-handed axe.

  

• Goatmen Impaler

  Goatmen Impalers carry long, barbed spears that they throw at players.

  

• Goatmen Mauler

  Multiple times larger than a normal Goatmen, the Goatmen Mauler deals more damage with its huge, one-sided axe.

  

• Goatmen Shaman

  The Goatmen Shaman casts spells (dependent on clan type) from afar. At close range, it can attack players with its stave.
