How does Incense work?
Incense is a type of consumable that buffs all nearby players, which could include Party members or random players (e.g., at an Event or World Boss fight). Players within an active Incense's effect radius will have an Incense icon above their Skill bar:
Crafting Incense
Players can begin crafting Incense at the Alchemist starting at Level 45. Note that Incense recipes require more components than Elixir ones do. As a player levels up, they'll get access to stronger Incense recipes.
Incense duration
Players benefit from Incense for 20 minutes, which is shorter than the 30 minute duration of Elixirs. Also, unlike Elixirs, players lose all active Incense upon dying, requiring them to consume more.
Incense types
Incense are split up into 3 types, and a player may have 1 of each type active. In addition, players can also have 1 Elixir active with the Incense.

Incense Challenges and Titles
Diablo 4 has 4 Challenges related to the crafting and consuming Incense. Players are rewarded with prefix + suffix Titles, like "Fragrant Perfumer" that they can show off under their character's name.
