What are Scrolls used for in Diablo 4?
Diablo 4 Scrolls are used to help players in dangerous situations. There's 2 types of Scrolls:
- Cursed Scrolls: used only in PvP; have a positive and negative effect; bought with Red Dust
- Regular Scrolls: used anywhere; especially useful in Hardcore; rare drop from monsters
Acquiring Cursed Scrolls
Cursed Scrolls are purchased at the Cursed Scroll vendor in the Fields of Hatred. They cost Red Dust, which is the PvP currency obtained by purifying Seeds of Hatred.

Bonus:
- Decreases damage taken from players by 30.0%, but increases damage taken from monsters by the same amount. Lasts for 20s.
