What are Altars of Lilith?
Altars of Lilith are shrines dispersed across Sanctuary's 5 Regions in tough-to-find spots. They offer small, permanent bonuses to all of your characters. That's right... Altars of Lilith are account-based, so if you chance upon one with your Level 50 character, the buff will be applied to it as well as your future Level 1 character (note that Hardcore mode requires finding the shrines again).

Account-based bonuses
Each Altar of Lilith around Sanctuary has one of the following fixed, account-based bonuses:
- +2 Dexterity
- +2 Intelligence
- +2 Strength
- +2 Willpower
- +5 Murmuring Obols carrying capacity
Character-based bonuses
The player's character that discovers the Altar of Lilith also gets:
- +10 Renown Points
- Experience
Number of Altar of Lilith shrines
Each Region has a set number of Altar of Lilith shrines to find:
