Is there a Diablo 4 SSF mode?
No. Blizzard has said that solo self-found mode (aka SSF), a game mode made popular in Path of Exile where a player can't interact with other players (i.e., no partying or trading), won't be in Diablo 4 at launch [1], if ever:
"You can choose to play that way if you want. We're not going to officially support it. I don't think there will be a game mode."

Will solo play be as fun as party play?
Despite having no SSF mode, Blizzard's goal is to make solo vs. group play equally fun.
"We want to make sure that group play vs. solo play is as even as possible, but we all know that's not how game balance works. It's not going to be perfect. We are going to try to err on the side of group play. If not, everyone is going to play solo and the shared, open world won't be as cool."
Equal content and items
Solo players are eligible to find the same content and items as grouped players:
"All of the best items and content progression will be available to players whether they're playing solo or with a group."
