Currently only for Rogue
According to Blizzard, only the Rogue will have class-specific quests in Diablo 4 [1]. These are quests that are often involved (i.e., a series of quests) and end with a big reward. For the Rogue, these quests will be related to unlocking its three class specializations:
"No [not all classes have them]. We want every class to have a unique mechanic. For the Rogue, it's the class specializations, and the way to unlock those specializations is through class quests. The Rogue needs these quests to provide context for this mechanic. We're not doing class quests as a blanket thing for all classes."Luis Barriga · Former Diablo IV Game Director

Other classes may get them
Blizzard didn't rule out having class quests for other classes in the future. One could see these implemented in seasons or expansions.
"It doesn't mean that no other class will have class quests, it means we might add them as necessary."
