Logo revealed at 2019 BlizzCon
Our first glimpse at Diablo 4's logo [1] was at the game's unveiling at BlizzCon 2019. The logo features the word "Diablo" in a jagged, aggressive font in shades of gray. A "IV" Roman numeral in blood red is seen behind it:

The logo has remained static since its reveal and can likely be considered the final version for the game's launch. Blizzard has also used a black background version of the logo, seen below:

Diablo 4 icon for Battle.net
In addition to a full-sized logo, Blizzard also released an icon version, for use on places like Battle.net and macOS or Windows desktops. Instead of the full "Diablo" word, the icon version has a "D" with "IV" behind it.

The icon was inadvertently seen in Mike Ybarra's (Blizzard's President) Battle.net game launcher bar while streaming on Twitch on May 29, 2022:
